- DUCHESNE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA DECEMBER 1, 2021 5:00 PM PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m., December 1, 2021, at the Duchesne County Administration Building, Commission Chambers, 734 North Center Street, Duchesne, Utah. Introductions - Welcome Mike Gottfredson, Asst. Community Development Dir. Presentation to Brad Wells and Ryan Clark upon completion of their service New Business A. Request for final plat approval of the Red Feather Subdivision. B. Consider the meeting schedule for 2022. Public Hearings A. Recommendation to the County Commissioners regarding Ordinance #21-390; amending the zoning ordinance and zoning map to establish locations where large concentrated animal feeding operations would be permitted via a conditional use permit process.
