WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on December 7, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on December 14, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #GPZ-15-2021, filed by Hamlet Development Corp. To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Rural Residential (1 to 2 units/acre) to Large Lot Residential (2 to 3 units/acre) and a zone change from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to RE (Residential Estate). The property is located at 3702 and 3716 South 5450 West on 4.42 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 24th day of November 2021.
