- TOQUERVILLE CITY CITY COUNCIL December 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. 212 N Toquer Blvd. Toquerville UT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM DURING THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL WORK MEETING DECEMBER 1, 2021, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on a Conceptual Master Planned Development Overlay application submitted by Firelight Development for a 1749-acre development. Located on the west side of Toquerville between I-15 and the new Toquerville Parkway bypass road. Additional information regarding this item is available for review at the Toquerville City Offices located at 212 N Toquer Blvd or may be requested by emailing recorder@toquerville.org. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Ruth Evans at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in four places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.) City Office Board: (2.) Toquerville Post Office Kiosk; (3.) Cholla Park Kiosk; (4.) Westfield Road Kiosk. Posted November 24, 2021 by Toquerville City Recorder, Ruth Evans.
