Description/Agenda: The Smithfield City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 21-39, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 10 'Vehicles and Traffic', by adding in its entirety sections 10.08.300 'Parking Violation and Appeals', 10.08.301 'Complaints Regarding Violations', 10.08.302 'Unauthorized Use of Streets; Strict Liability of Owner', 10.08.303 'Unauthorized Use of Streets; Appeal Procedure', 10.08.304 'Hearing Officer', 10.08.305 'Appealing Civil Fines to a Hearing Officer' and amending Section 10.08.200 'Stopping, Standing and Parking; Violation; Penalty'.
