Jones (ET AL) (parcel #240540037), Joe D. & Nikki Argyle (parcel #240540019), Marlene N Llewellyn (parcel #240540030; 240540029; 240470048), CPPD Investment LC (parcel #210540028; 240540007), White Land Company LLC (parcel #240540032), Carrie Sue N. Kirk (ET AL) (parcel #240470052), Kimberly Mitchell (parcel #240470040), Ronald Boyack & Allison F. Nielsen (ET AL) (parcel #240470054), Joseph Clay & Jan Grant (parcel #240470006; 240470053), located at approximately 1050 West 5950 South, Utah County. The complete petition and accompanying map are available for inspection and copying at the Spanish Fork City Office, located at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Spanish Fork City may grant the petition unless a written protest is filed with the Utah County Boundary Commission, Attn: Alice Black, 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah 84606and Spanish Fork City at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660 on or before January 6, 2022. Those entitled to protest must be the Legislative body or governing board of an affected entity or owner of rural real property defined in §17B-2a-1107.
