Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing Boulder Town Council will hold a public hearing Thursday, December 2, at 7 p.m. to hear public comments on Ordinance 2021-7, Proposed Amendments Re: Accessory Dwelling Units to the Boulder Code of Ordinances. https://boulder.utah.gov/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/IADU-Proposed-2021-7-to-TC.pdf The amendments were necessitated by 2021 Legislative changes regarding Internal Accessory Dwelling Units. Some wording changes to other parts of the ADU ordinance were also required to ensure consistency.
