PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday December 7, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending the Comprehensive Fee Schedule for FY2022/2023 and providing an effective date. For assistance in understanding the above item(s), you may contact Denise Roy at 801-785-5045 or droy@pgcity.org Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to apply the C-G (General Commercial) Zone to approximately 3.6 acres on property currently zoned R-R (Rural Residential) Zone, located at approximately 1130 West State Street, and providing an effective date. (Mud Hole Neighborhood) (Clean Space Storage Applicant) Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to apply the R1-10 (Single Family Residential) Zone to approximately .29 acres on property currently zoned R-R (Rural Residential) Zone, located at approximately 1330 North 100 East, and providing an effective date.
