Description/Agenda

Lehi City Lehi and Draper Boundary Adjustment Public Hearing On October 12, 2021, the Lehi City Council passed Resolution #2021-57 approving Lehi City's intent to adjust the common municipal boundary between Draper City and Lehi. The proposed area description is comprised of 163.03 acres. A public hearing has been scheduled before the Lehi City Council on the 14th day of December, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comment. The public hearing will be held at the Lehi City Administration Building, located at 153 N. 100 E., Lehi, UT. The Lehi City Council will adjust the municipal boundary of the above described parcel unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the adjustment are filed by the owners of real property located within the area proposed for adjustment covering at least 25% of the total private land area within the area proposed for adjustment and is equal to at least 15% the assessed value of all private real property within the entire area proposed for adjustment.
