Description/Agenda

PUBLIC HEARING The La Verkin City Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the La Verkin City Council Chambers, 111 South Main Street, La Verkin, Utah, during its regularly scheduled meeting, to receive public input on the following: 1. A proposed zone change request to rezone from General Commercial (COMM) to Tourist Commercial (COMM-T) a .46-acre parcel with the Tax ID # LV-64-A-10, located at 105 South State Street. 2. A proposed zone change request to rezone two parcels, both with the Tax ID #LV-154-A: Parcel 1, a 6.10-acre parcel currently zoned One-Family Residential (R-1-8) to One-And-Two-Family Residential (R-1-10), located west of Main Street and north of 650 North, and Parcel 2, a 42.12-acre parcel currently zoned One-And-Two-Family Residential (R-1-10) to One-Family Residential (R-1-8), located east of 100 East and north of 700 North. 3. A proposed zone change request to rezone from General Commercial (COMM) to Tourist Commercial (COMM-T) multiple parcels with the Tax ID #LV-42-C-1-A and LV-43-B-1 located at 475 South State Street and 437 South State Street. Copies of the ordinances are available in the office of the City Recorder at 435 North Main Street, La Verkin, Utah. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Christy Ballard, City Recorder, (435) 635-2581, at least 48 hours in advance.
