Located at 290 N 100 W, Logan, Utah. 12:00 p.m. WELCOME APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of November 15, 2021 PUBLIC HEARING HPC 21-011 Keller Williams Realty Building [Certificate of Appropriateness] Isabel Jones/Eric & Isabel Jones, authorized agent/owner, request a certificate of appropriateness to remodel the existing front and rear fa ade of the Keller Williams Realty building located at 33 North Main Street in the Town Center (TC/HD) zone; TIN 06-025-0013. HPC 21-012 19 West Center [Certificate of Appropriateness] Andrea McCulloch/Gignosko Mountain LLC, authorized agent/owner, request a certificate of appropriateness to add a third story apartment, small addition on the north side, and elevator for accessibility. Located at 19 West Center Street in the Town Center (TC/HD) zone; TIN 06-025-0003. ADJOURN
