The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting November 23, 2021, at 6:30p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, UT. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome --Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Claims and Requisitions -- Mayor - Claims Register dated 11-06-2021 to 11-22-2021. - Requisitions as needed 5. Discussion/Action-Sam Draper - Discussion/Action on Out-of-State Travel for 2 firemen to look at the Specs of the new fire truck. 6. Discussion/Action-Jon Haderlie - Presentation of the City Audit for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. 7. Discussion/Action-Mayor - Discussion/Action--Approval of the Water Conservation Plan 8. Discussion/Action-Mayor - Discussion/Action-City to take over the Utility bill for the Water Tender Building. 9. Approval of Resolution 2021-21-Mayor - Discussion/Action on Resolution 2021-21 A Resolution Updating Compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Updating ADA Reasonable Accommodation Policy and Grievance Procedure, and Effective Communication Policy and Language Access Plan. 10. Discussion/Action-Mayor - Approval of the Subdivision Concept for the following two: o Glen Peel o McKay Quinn 11. Public Participation - Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 12. Discussion/Action - Fire Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Fire Department. 13. Discussion/Action -- Public Works Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Public Works Department. 14. Discussion/Action -- Power Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Power Department. 15. Council Reports - Justin Atkinson - Kevin Stallings - Russell Keisel - Rondy Black - Sam Draper 16. Mayor Report 17.
