- THE TOWN OF SPRINGDALE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICER HAS ISSUED A WRITTEN DECISION CONCERNING THE ITEM BELOW. THIS DECISION WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN A PUBLIC MEETING ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 23 2021 AT 2:30 PM, AT THE CANYON COMMUNITY CENTER, 126 LION BOULEVARD, SPRINGDALE, UTAH **This meeting will be broadcast via Zoom Webinar for public viewing/listening only. A. Issuance of Written Decision: 1. Variance Request: Philip Bimstein requests a variance on parcels S-KIN-A-1 and S-KIN-A-12 for relief from sections 10-9A-5(B) and 10-15B-9(A) of the Town Code which prohibit disturbance on grades measuring 30% and greater. The requested variance would allow the construction of a driveway to serve parcel S-KIN-A-12. B. Adjourn
