Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposal to add requirements for student parking in the Zoning Code. The proposal is to require .7 parking spaces per bed. To qualify for the student parking regulation, an apartment complex would need to have a contract with a college or school.
