- UIPA Crossroads Public Infrastructure District Board AGENDA Monday, November 22, 2021 3:00 PM To hear, or view and hear the meeting and to provide comments to the board during the meeting, register via Zoom at: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_yJi-BOZwSwaEuK-5xoaK8Q 1. Welcome: Procedural Jack Hedge, Chair Pursuant to section 52-4-207(4) Utah Code, the Chair made this written determination that conducting this meeting with an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location. This written determination is based on the current COVID-19 pandemic and the recommendation of health officials to avoid public gatherings. 2. Public Hearing of Bonds Action Public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (i) the issuance of the District's Tax Differential Revenue Bonds, Series 2021 and (ii) the potential economic impact that the improvement, facility or property for which the Bonds pay all or part of the cost will have on the private sector. 3. Resolution 2021-02 Action Consideration for adoption of a resolution authorizing and approving a Preliminary Limited Offering Memorandum and Limited Offering Memorandum in connection with the issuance and sale of Tax Differential Revenue Bonds, Series 2021; approving the execution and delivery of a Loan Agreement; and related matters. 4.
