November 18, 2021 Attention: Public Hearing Notice Contact Person: Cache Hancey, Planning Technician 125 South Main Street Vineyard, UT 84059 (801) 226-1929 NOTICE is hereby given regarding public hearings before the Planning Commission and City Council for a proposed development agreement between Vineyard City and Fifty Mill, LLC for the property located in Vineyard, Utah in the Yard Plat 'B' Subdivision, Lots 6, 7 and 8, with Serial # 56:037:0006, 56:037:0007, & 56:037:0002 to accommodate the development of a residential/retail building. The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for December 1, 2021 at 6 pm and the City Council hearing for December 8, 2021 at 6 pm held at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting. /s/ Cache Hancey, Planning Technician
