- To be posted on or before November 24, 2021 on the Utah Public Notice Website. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on December 9, 2021 to receive public comment on a request by Gary Reynolds, representing Rockworks Land Management LLC, for a Text Amendment, known as the Elite Carpel Tunnel Text Amendment, to change the use of medical service from not permitted to permitted in the Destination Commercial (DC) zone.
