November 22, 2021 PLEASANT GROVE CITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING The Design Review Board will meet Monday, November 22, 2021, at 5:30 pm for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at Community Hall in the Police and Court Building, 108 S. 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Tayside Farms Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 314 S Garden Grove Ln. (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Michael Brodsky for a site plan for 26 multi-family and single-family buildings, totaling 62 residential units, on property located at approximately 314 South Garden Grove Lane in The Grove Zone - Mixed Housing Subdistrict. 2. Valley Grove Flex A & B Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 2315 W 700 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of St. John Properties for a site plan for two single-story, multi-tenant flex space buildings on property located at approximately 2315 West 700 South in the Grove Zone - Interchange Subdistrict, GBP (Grove Business Park) Overlay. 3. Valley Grove Retail A Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1905 W Grove Parkway (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of St. John Properties for a site plan for a single-story, multi-tenant retail building with a drive-through on property located at approximately 1905 West Grove Parkway in The Grove Zone - Interchange Subdistrict.
