- The North Logan Planning Commission hereby announces two public hearings to be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT. 6:35 PM Public Hearing to receive public input on modifying the North Logan City code, Title 12 Land Use, with regards to allowances, density determinants, density bonus within the RE-5 zone within the following: 12C-1003 Area, Width and Yard Regulations; and 12D-200 Residential Subdivision Methods And Regulations. 6:40pm Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposal to rezone parcel 18-006-0004, approximately 28.6 acres at approximately 2350 East 2700 North from Residential Estate 5 acre (RE-5) to Residential Estate 2 acre (RE-2). (Nic Porter) Proposed ordinance revisions will be available for review at the City Office or on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website. Interested citizens are invited to attend.
