CITY OF WEST JORDAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible in the Council Chambers, 8000 S. Redwood Road, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following items: - A petition by Third Cadence LLC / Ty McCutcheon regarding a Master Development Agreement, General Land Use Map Amendment from Very Low Density Residential, Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, Public Facilities, Future Park and Parks, and Open Land to Master Planned Community (including application of the Master Planned Community land use designation to the annexation area) and Rezoning approximately 636.42 acres from A-5 (Agriculture 5-acre lots) to Planned Community Hillside (PCH) Zone (including application of the PCH zone to the annexation area) for Wood Ranch Development located at approximately 7400 South at U-111 - Consider Ordinance No. 21-40 amending the 2009 West Jordan City Code (Drinking Water Source Protection Overlay Zones) Sections 13-6F-1 through 13-6F-9 inclusive If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit the City of West Jordan website at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/government/agendas approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for packet materials and Zoom login information.
