Pleasant Grove Historic Preservation Commission Agenda Meeting Date and Time: Thursday, November 18, 7 PM Meeting Place: Community Room in the PSB (106 S 100 E) Business Excused: Karen Harbold, Amada Rojas Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve meeting minutes: Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports 1. Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Other Business Items 1. Decide a day to decorate the Old Town Hall for Christmas. Should we add or change anything from last year? Needed supplies: 6 Command hooks, batteries (or electric candle lights), beefier garland for front porch, lights for front porch. 2. Next meeting: Thursday, December 15, 7 PM Preservation (Chris Schow) 1. Laurel met with Scott Darrington on 17 November to discuss the Old Town Hall RFP. Report back. 2. Cemetery project is tabled until spring. 3. Photos of the Old Saddle Shop (being demolished) 4. Report on CLG training update. Archives (Karen Harbold) 1. Next inventory session is Wednesday, December 8 at 4:30 PM. History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Monthly status report of the Volume 2 edit of the PG history book: currently on page 350 of 530. Will likely be reprinted in spring 2022. Community Outreach (Denise Trickler) 1. Targeting homes for our re-inventory of the historic registry. 2. Update on historic homes workshop slated for Wednesday, January 26 with SHPO's Amber Anderson and Cory Jensen. (Laurel)
