Canyon Land Improvement District Board of Trustees Meeting November 18, 2021 9:00 a.m. Prevailing Utah Time The Board of Trustees of the Canyon Land Improvement District (the 'District') will meet in public session to hold its Board Meeting on November 18, 2021 at 9:00a.m. Prevailing Utah Time (8:00 a.m. Prevailing Pacific Time). ). Pursuant to UTAH CODE ANN. § 52-4-207(5)(a)(i) the Chair of the Board of Trustees has determined that COVID-19 continues to present a substantial risk to the health of in-person meeting attendees, therefore, NO ANCHOR LOCATION is provided. The meeting will be held electronically in accordance with the authorization set forth in Resolution No. CLID 2007-3. To attend the meeting, please follow the Meeting Call-In Instructions below. The public is welcome to attend the Board Meeting via phone conference: Call in No. 832-831-2424 Meeting ID No. 218369# The Board Meeting Agenda will include the following items: PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2022 BUDGET AGENDA 1. Convene the Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Canyon Land Improvement District 2. Certification of quorum and confirmation of public notice of Board Meeting and Public Hearing by District Clerk 3. Review and approval of minutes of Board Meetings held on November 10, 2020 4. Review of contract with Big Water Fire 5. Financial Report by District Clerk 6. Resolution 2021-01 Approval of 2022 Fiscal Year Budget 7. Discussion on any future legal or personnel issues that would affect the budget. 8. Review of Policies and Procedures 9. Open and Public Meetings training. POTENTIAL CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR REASONABLY IMMINENT LITIGATION, PERSONNEL MATTERS, OR OTHER MATTERS AS PERMITTED BY THE UTAH OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT (if needed) 10. a. Proposed 2021 Meeting Schedule: Second Tuesday in May (May 10) at 10:00 a.m. Prevailing Mountain Time, and Second Tuesday in November (November 8) at 6:00 p.m. Prevailing Mountain Time to convene the final meeting and hearing of the year. i.
