The following agenda items will be considered: A. Adopt Agenda B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held October 21, 2021. C. Discuss Title 8 Draft Pertaining to Town Utilities and Prepare it for Discussion at a Public Hearing in Conjunction with the December Town Board Regular Meeting. D. Mandatory Review of Ordinance 2020-03 The Compensation Ordinance for Oak City Town. E. Announce the Outcome of the Box Culvert Bid. F. Discuss the Purchase of Property to Widen a Portion of Lover's Lane Next to 100 North. G. Discuss Proposed Future Roads West of Lover's Lane. H. Public Comment. I. Financial Report. J.
