Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a (rescheduled) Q3 Regular Meeting on Thursday, November 18th, 2021, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Q2 2021 Meeting of the Board of Trustees held July 28th, 2021. 2. Review Third Quarter 2021 Financial Statements. 3. General Manager's Maintenance/ Report. 4. CID Recalibration, Processing Fee Increases. 5. Proposed Budget 2022. 6. Internal Auditor Discussion. 7. District Property Development, Volunteer Fire Station/ Town. 8. Discuss Audit Findings / State Auditor - Fraud Risk Assessment - Procurement Policy 9. Brighton's Snake Creek Project 10. Correspondence Review / Other Business - Forest Service Permit 11.
