SOUTH VALLEY SEWER DISTRICT NOTICE OF BUDGET AND FEE INCREASE/DECREASE PUBLIC HEARING Adoption of 2022 Annual Budget, Amendment of 2021 Budget, Adoption of New Fees and Amendments of Existing Fees Notice is hereby given that the South Valley Sewer District (the 'District') will hold a public hearing at its administration office, 1253 West Jordan Basin Lane, Bluffdale, Utah on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The District Board of Trustees will receive comments on: (a) the budget for the 2022 calendar year; (b) reopening and amendment of the 2021 budget; (c) amendments in fees for commercial exterior pretreatment and non-interceptor fess, including engineering mainline lateral fees. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing, to provide comments, and to speak for or against the District's budgets and fees. Following the public hearing, the District Board of Trustees may adjust the proposed budgets and fees, and will approve and adopt those budgets and fees by resolution. The documents supporting the foregoing budgets and fees are available for public review at the District administrative office. Provisions will be made for people with disabilities.
