- KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, starting at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Kaysville City Hall at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening. 2. Canvass the results of the General Election held on November 2, 2021. 3. Canvass the returns of the election held on November 2, 2021 with regard to the RAMP Tax. 4. Adjournment.
