Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following:
A request to change the zone from C-2 (Commercial) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 19.72 acres located generally west of the 900 South and 250 West intersection. The applicant is proposing 223 units on the property. The applicant is Wasatch Commercial Builders and the representative is Josh Lyon. The project will be known as Soleil Ridge Apartments. Case No. 2021-ZC-064
A request to amend the Southern Hills West PD-C (Planned Development Commercial). The applicant is seeking approval to expand the commercial property and reduce the residential property by 0.6 acres. The applicant is also seeking approval of the design and site plan for a new 30,000 square foot commercial development. The total property area is approximately 5.1 acres. The project is located on the northeast corner of River Road and White Dome Drive. The applicant is Prime Directive Development Inc. and the representative is Ryan Thomas. The project will be known as White Dome Commercial. Case No. 2021-ZCA-082.
A request to amend the Southern Hills West PD-R (Planned Development Residential). The applicant is seeking approval to expand the commercial property and reduce the residential property by 0.6 acres. The applicant is also seeking approval of the design and site plan for a new apartment development. The total property area is approximately 14.96 acres. The project is located on the northeast corner of River Road and White Dome Drive (Please see map on back). The applicant is Prime Directive Development Inc. and the representative is Ryan Thomas. The project will be known as White Dome Apartments. Case No. 2021-ZCA-083.
A request to change the Zoning from A-1 (Agricultural) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) to add acreage to the existing Park at Temple View PD-R (Planned Development Residential), to allow for a new residential development. The total property is approximately 63.10 acres. This property is generally located east of 3000 East Street and north of 1140 South Street. The applicant is Suburban Land Reserve, and the representative is Rollin Johnson. The project will be known as The Fields at Mall Drive Residential PD. Case No. 2021-ZC-084.
