Emery County Board of Commissioners Lynn Sitterud Kent Wilson Gil Conover AGENDA 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny minutes from the September 21, 2021 LBA Meeting. 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny Change Order #5 on the San Rafael Energy Research Center Project. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny any bills to be paid through LBA. 4. Any other business which may regularly come before the Board. 5. Adjourn.
