- Orem Arts Council Orem City Council Workroom 56 North State Street Orem, Utah 84057 November 19, 2021 12:00 pm AGENDA ITEMS: The Orem Arts Council Meeting on November 19, 2021 will be an all-electronic meeting. There will be no anchor location for the meeting. The City cannot ensure the recommended minimum of six feet of social distancing for meeting participants at the usual anchor location in the Orem City Council Workroom. Therefore, holding the meeting in the Orem City Council Workroom would present a sustantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the meeting and may contribute to the spread of COVID-19. There will be no public access to the Orem City Council Workroom. If you need to submit a comment for discussion during the meeting, please submit the comment to sbuttars@orem.org by 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 18th. 1. Review and approve September 17, 2021 meeting minutes. 2. Creative Aging Grant discussion - Charlene Crozier 3. Orem Stories update - Cindy Clark 4. Utility Box Art update 5.
