1. Review and approval of the minutes of the February 21,
2021, P&ZC meeting.
2. Discuss upcoming changes to the P&ZC.
3. Discuss chapters 1 and 3 of the Scipio Zoning Ordinances,
'Zone Descriptions and Uses' and 'Zoning Ordinance
Enforcement'.
4. Request from Dusty Robins to meet with the P&Z to
present tentative plans for building on property North of
Ivan and Janice Robins.
