Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following projects: - Request by Tyler Horan for amendments to the South Meadows Area Specific Plan and Transportation Master Plan, appendices of the Payson City General Plan. - 2021 Annual Moderate Income Housing Report. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
