WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on November 16, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on November 23, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #GPZ-14-2021, filed by Brad Reynolds To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from General Commercial to Medium Density Residential (7 to 12 units/acre) and a zone change from C-2 (General Commercial) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential). The property is located at 3554 South 3200 West on 3.2 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 10th day of November 2021.
