- Spring City Canvass Meeting for Municipal General Election Spring City Council Work-Meeting agenda Thursday, November 11, 2021, 5:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the Council room at Spring City Hall, 45 South 100 East, Spring City, Utah. The governing body of Spring City will Canvass the General Election returns of Thursday, November 11, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Canvass Agenda shall be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Canvass of Elections, Approval/Denial 3. Livestock Gates for the Cemetery, Approval/Denial 4. Cattle Guard purchase for the Cemetery, Approval/Denial 5. Adjournment Council Work-Meeting Agenda shall be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Direct Deposit Discussion 3. Purchase Ordering Revision Discussion 4. Septic Truck Dumb Disposal Discussion 5. Adjournment
