- From: Heber City Community Reinvestment Agency Re: Notice of Interlocal Agreement between the Heber City Community Reinvestment Agency and Heber City Pursuant to Utah Code ยงยง 11-13-219(4) and 17C-5-205(2)(a), the Heber City Community Reinvestment ('Agency') and Heber City (the 'City') are jointly providing this notice with respect to an interlocal agreement (the 'Interlocal Agreement') entered into by and between the Agency and the City whereby the City consents to the Agency receiving a portion of the incremental property tax revenues generated in the Heber City Downtown Community Reinvestment Project Area (the 'Project Area') over a period of not more than 20 years for the purpose of engaging in and encouraging desirable project area development within the Project Area. A copy of the Interlocal Agreement is available for public inspection and copying at the Agency and County offices located at 75 North Main St, Heber City, UT during regular office hours for a period of at least 30 days following the publication of this notice. For a period of 30 days after publication of this notice (the '30-Day Period'), any person in interest may contest the Interlocal Agreement or the procedures used to adopt it if the Interlocal Agreement or the procedures fail to comply with any applicable statutory requirement. After the 30-Day Period, no person may contest the Interlocal Agreement for any cause.
