PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, November 15, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works Update - Discussion & Consideration for the Update of the Reginal Mitigation Plan Match Funding - Review of Board of Appointments - COVID-19 Update - Discussion & Consideration of Surplus Items - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Consideration of Minutes for Combined Commission Meeting held November 08, 2021 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Update on Events - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devises, or Systems; And 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting - Discussion and Consideration of Ordinance No. 21-389; An Ordinance Vacating the Public's Interest in a Portion of a Class D Road in the Lower Red Creek Road Area. 1:30 p.m. Public Meeting - Adjournment
