SCHEDULED ITEMS 9.1 PUBLIC HEARING / ORDINANCE - Amending portions of Sections 22-1-3(C) Enforcement and Section 22-14-28(F) Garage Sales to clarify language. Presenter: Jason Bench, Planning Division Manager 9.2 PUBLIC HEARING / ORDINANCE - Amending Article 22-5-3(A) and the zoning map of the City of Orem by changing the zone on approximately 0.51 acres from the R6.5 zone to the PD29 zone Siena Villas @ Columbia Lane located generally at 1863 South and 1875 South Terrace Drive and amending Appendix V of the Orem City Code with updated concept plans and elevations.
