CULTURAL CORE BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING Monday, November 15, 2021 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. 1. Roll Call (2 min) Grace Lin 2. Approve Minutes from September 3, 2021 Meeting (2 min) Action Item 3. Review of Public Comments (1 min) The Cultural Core Budget Committee accepts public comments in the following formats: Written comments may be submitted via email to lucas@downtownslc.org or to the Downtown SLC Presents offices, 201 South Main Street, Suite 2300, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 no later than two hours prior to the meeting start time on the day of the meeting. Verbal comments of two minutes or less are accepted at the meeting. 4. Love Communications Presentation (30 min) John Youngren and Kat Fedorova Overview of current strategies, opportunities, Q& A 5. Current Business a. Financial Statement of Activities (10 min) Lucas Goodrich b. Goals and Metrics discussion (25 min) Lucas Goodrich 1. Review goals discussed at September 2021 retreat 2. Priority: narrow goals to 3-4 that are high level measures of success. c. Committee Vacancy (City) (15 min) 1. Please bring suggestions for potential committee members 2. Set goal/target date for recommendations d. Discuss and plan next two committee meetings (10 min) 1. Tentatively February and May 2022 6. Next Meeting TBD - initial discussion at November 15, 2021 meeting to be followed by doodle polls 7.
