Description/Agenda: From: Heber City Community Reinvestment Agency Re: Notice of Adoption of the Project Area Plan for the Heber City Downtown Community Reinvestment Project Area On July 20, 2021, the Heber City Council adopted the official project area plan for the Heber City Downtown Community Reinvestment Project Area by adoption of Heber City Ordinance No. 2021-28. The Ordinance formally adopts the Plan for the Project Area and authorizes related actions by City staff and legal counsel. The Ordinance also includes a map and a legal description of the land within the Project Area. The Ordinance and the adopted Project Area Plan are available for inspection during regular business hours at the Heber City offices, 75 N. Main Street, Heber City, Utah. No action is required of you in connection with this notice.
