NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by Washington City for: Washington City Main Street Substation 69 kV Circuit Switchers The Bids will be for the furnishing of two (2) 69 kV Vertical Interrupter Circuit Switchers (without Disconnect) for Washington City's Main Street Substation. Bids will be in accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc. ('ICPE'), (hereinafter referred to as 'Engineer'). Sealed proposals are to be delivered to: Attention: Tara Pentz, City Recorder Washington City 111 North 100 East Washington City, UT 84780 before 3:00 pm on December 3, 2021. Bids will be publicly opened and evaluated. Purchaser shall enter into only one contract for either the 69 kV Circuit Switchers as specified herein or for the 69kV TransRupters as described in the accompanying 69kV TransRupter Specification #22-PR-02-TR; . i.e., only one type of equipment shall be purchased. The project schedule is as follows: Bid due date: December 3, 2021 Bid award date: December 13, 2021 thru January 14, 2022 Circuit Switchers delivered to the project site on or before: September 1, 2022 (other dates considered) Anchor Bolts Delivered: no later than June 30, 2022 Washington City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Washington City. Instructions, specifications and proposal blanks will be on file in the office of Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc., ('Engineer') 1145 East South Union Avenue, Midvale, UT 84047, where they may be consulted or secured for the purpose of bidding
