NOTICE is hereby given regarding public hearings before the Planning Commission and City
Council for a proposed general plan land use map amendment, zoning text amendment, zoning
map amendment, and neighborhood plan applications for the site known as Clegg Farm, located
west of the current 400 South Main Street termination, Serial No. 18:021:0009 and 18:015:0163
as identified in the survey map on second page.
The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for November 17, 2021 at 6 pm and the City
Council hearing for December 8, 2021 at 6 P.M. held at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah
84059. Ryan Bybee with Cadence Home is the applicant for each of these land use applications.
These applications seek to accommodate a new residential development known as Holdaway
Farms containing approximately 102 acres of property. This development proposes a mix of age
restricted homes, standard single family detached homes and two church parcels. The proposal
seeks to change the general plan land use map from Low Density to Low/Medium Density and
zoning map from A-1 Agriculture to Holdaway Farms: Special Purpose Zoning District, a new
zoning district being proposed by the applicant.
Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to
be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting.
