Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Discuss and consider approval of the minutes of the October meeting b. Meet and greet Arts Commission member candidates c. Discuss and consider approval of acquisition document to City Council (RFP form/ process and the Art on Loan process) d. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Reports a. None 4.
