NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE, IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS (IFFP) AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES (IFA) RELATED TO PARKS & RECREATION, CULINARY WATER, STORM DRAIN, AND TRANSPORTATION. Toquerville City, located in Washington County, Utah serving development within the City's current municipal boundaries and impact fee service areas, intends to adopt impact fee facilities plans (IFFP) and impact fee analyses (IFA), and enact impact fees related to Parks & Recreation, Culinary Water, Storm Drain, and Transportation. Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing at 6:00pm on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Toquerville City Hall (212 N Toquer Blvd, Toquerville UT 84774). The City invites the public to attend the hearing in person or watch via YouTube live on the Toquerville City YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOn3wYhjwc2gKbc91YPRIAA. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person or prefer to watch via YouTube but would like to comment on the related documents and ordinance, you may submit a statement prior to the meeting by emailing recorder@toquerville.org. Written comments need to be submitted by 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting and will be read aloud during the public hearing. Copies of the Impact Fee Facilities Plans, Impact Fee Analyses, and the Impact Fee Ordinance are available for public review beginning Monday, November 8, 2021 on the City's website at www.toquerville.org. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling the City Office, (435) 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing to be attended. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in four places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.)
