Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on November 18, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Andrea Wright, representing Cortney and Cary Nelson for a Zoning Map Amendment, known as the 1521 E Pioneer Road Zoning Map Amendment, located at approximately 1521 East Pioneer Road, to amend the zoning designation from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 ft² min. lot size) to R3 (Residential, 13,000 ft² min. lot size).
