Land Use Development Code; Commercial Preschools in the Public Zone Review and recommendation to City Council on proposed amendments to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulation: 13.100 Appendix A, Allowed Uses. Proposal to allow Commercial Preschools as a Permitted, Accessory land use in all Public Zones. File #21-4-07 2. Zone Map Amendment - Rezone from RM to PO - 4681 S thru 4685 S Highland Drive Review and recommendation to City Council on a proposed amendment to the Holladay Zone Map from Residential Multi-Family zone (RM) to the Professional Office zone (PO) for approximately .5 acres of property. File #21-4-08 3. Zone Map Amendment - Rezone from RM to C2 - 4049 S Highland Drive Review and recommendation to City Council on a proposal to amendment the Holladay Zone Map from Residential Multi-Family zone (RM) to the Commercial zone (C2) for approximately .31 acres of property. 'Gulbrandsen' - Conditional Use Permit - 2999 East Tolcate Lane (R-1-21 Zone) Review and consideration of a request by Applicant Ed Gulbrandsen, for a Conditional Use Sizing Permit for an accessory building on his property. Proposal in accordance with provisions in Holladay Code 13.14.030. File #21-2-11 5. 'Bywater' - Conditional Use Permit - 4981 S Cottonwood Lane (R-1-21 Zone) Review and consideration of a request by Applicant Stephanie Bywater, for a Conditional Use Sizing Permit for an accessory building on her property. Proposal in accordance with provisions in Holladay Code 13.14.030. File #21-2-10 6. 'Holladay Gateway' - Concept Residential PUD Site Plan - approx. 2300 E 4500 S (R-2-10 Zone) Review and consideration of a proposal by Applicant Jake Christensen, for a conceptual, residential subdivision plan for 1.95 acres of property proposed. Development proposes a 13-lot, single-family home development. Review as per provisions in Holladay Code 13.08 and 13.78. File #21-1-14 7. 'Royal Holladay Hills' - Concept Mixed Use Site Plan - Block 'E' (R-M/U Zone - 'Open' Area) Review and consideration of a proposal by Applicant, Steve Peterson for a conceptual mixed-use residential plan at 'Block E' within the Holladay Hills Mixed use development as per regulatory provisions of the Site Development Master Plan (SDMP 2007) and Holladay Ordinance 13.65.070(C).
