APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of November 1, 2021 PUBLIC HEARING HPC 21-010 Cache Valley Bank, 100 North Fa ade Remodel [Certificate of Appropriateness] Christian Wilson/Cache Valley Bank, authorized agent/owner, are requesting to remodel the existing north fa ade of the Cache Valley Bank building, Located at 99 North Main Street in the Town Center One (TC-1/HD) zone; TIN 06-028-0008. ADJOURN
