- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, November 18, 2021, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to rezone 3.25 acres located at approximately 775 South and 1600 West from Agricultural Residential (A-2) to General Commercial (GC-1). 2. Consideration of an amendment to Mapleton City Code section 18.84.130 regarding fencing standards. 3. Consideration of an ordinance amending Mapleton City Code section 18.84.160 regarding residential lighting standards. 4. Consideration of amendments to the City's Transportation Master Plan. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting. ___________________________________________ April Houser, Executive Secretary Posted at the below locations on November 3, 2021: 1.
