WILL BE BROADCAST ON YOUTUBE. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of all minutes on October 7, 2021. 6- Discussion and possible approval of Backhoe Lease. 7- Discussion and possible approval of selling Surplus Police Vehicle - Ford Explorer 8- Discussion and possible approval of accepting a bid for a financial auditor. 9- Discussion and possible approval of accepting an agreement with Carbon County for a new Kiosk for Helper Main Street Park. 10- Discussion and possible approval of accepting consulting contract to designate Janet Street underpass for a historic landmark designation. 11- Discussion and Possible Approval of renting Old City Hall Suite #102 for Helper Vibes storage. 12- Update on Saturday Vibes 2021 and discussion for 2022. 13- Discussion on next year's meeting dates. 14- Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. 15- Discussion of wage funding increase. 16- Closed session for property discussion. Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing ztonc@helpercity.net.
