- 1. Welcome 2. Announcements 3. Approval of Minutes for October 14, 2021 4. Recap of findings from last meeting Review meeting with Utah Division of Indian Affairs. 5. Discussion: Review of Meetings from May - October 2021 and Recommendations to the City Council May: Introductions, presentation on Equity and structural access issue, task force mission and goals. June: Public meeting streaming accessibility, documents, and website. July: Boards and Commissions: Membership, application process, how to improve outreach and set diversity goals. August: Employment with City, dress codes, recruitment (use of disability filtering language in job posting) and HR. September: ADA and community/city events, Disability Speaker (Psarah Johnson) October: Murray's indigenous History and outreach opportunities. 6. Adopt 2022 meeting schedule. 7. Adjournment

- Task Force Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Task Force Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Task Force Member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other Task Force Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
