- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, November 16, 2021 a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to Petition No. PLNPCM2020-01022, zoning map amendment. The proposed legislation would amend the zoning of a property located at approximately 1945 South 1300 East Street from RMF-35 Moderate Density Multi-Family Residential District to RMF-45 Moderate/High Density Multi-Family Residential. All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. This meeting will be electronic pursuant to the Chair's determination that conducting the Salt Lake City Council meeting at an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present.
