- Wednesday, November 3, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Annexation A. SIMPSON ANNEXATION. Acceptance of the Simpson Annexation for further study. 2. Minor Plat Amendment A. MARKETPLACE PHASE 1 AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the property lines within the Expressway Business Park Development at 1060 North Market Place Drive. 3. Site Plan A. DISC GOLF PARKING LOT. The proposal involves parking improvements at 1379 West 520 South. 4. Construction Standards A. PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO POLICY 4.39 OF THE CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS. 5. Discussion Item A. AIRPORT LEASE AGREEMENT. Proposed modifications to standard lease agreements. B. WARREN. Discussion relating to property owned by Marty Warren on Cal Pac Avenue. C. CUSTOMER ANNEXATION CONNECTION FEE EXEMPTION. D. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. Swimming lessons - private pools. 6. Adjourn
