- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday November 10, 2021 at 7:00pm in the council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a request to change the zone for property near 1000 S to 1300 S and 200 E to 225 E. The zone request is for a change from the current designation of R1-H zone to R1 Zone.
